Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
2. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
3. 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4. 1 1/2 cups diced celery
5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
7. 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips, divided
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of crushed potato chips; stir well.
2. Pour into greased crock pot.
3. Top with reserved potato chips.
4. Cover and cook on Low 5 to 8 hours.
