Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
2. 2 teaspoons Amaretto
3. 2 teaspoons slivered almonds, toasted*
4. 4 amaretti cookies, crushed (0.75 inch)
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla yogurt and amaretto; stir well.
2. Spoon evenly into 2 stemmed glasses.
3. Sprinkle with almonds and cookie crumbs.
