Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 1 lb extra firm tofu (I like White Wave Organic extra firm)
2. 1 stalk celery
3. 1/3 cup onion, minced
4. 4 tablespoons salad dressing (I like SpinBlend)
5. 3 tablespoons curry powder (or more to taste)
6. 1/3 cup raisins
7. 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. mince everything solid.
2. Add salad dressing, curry and raisins.
3. Mix and let sit overnight for best flavor.
