1. 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl
2. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, plus
3. 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
4. 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
5. 1 tablespoon deviled ham, plus
6. 2 teaspoons deviled ham
7. 2 teaspoons chopped black olives
8. 1 1/4 teaspoons capers, well drained
9. salt
10. black pepper
11. sliced ripe olives, for garnish
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the mashed yolks, mayonnaise, and mustard; mix well.
2. Stir in the deviled ham, olives, and capers; season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Fill the whites evenly with the mixture; garnish each egg half with an olive slice.
4. Cover and chill a few hours before serving.
