Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 4 teaspoons shortening
2. 2/3 cup powdered sugar
3. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
4. 2 teaspoons milk
5. colored crystal sugar (for decoration)
Directions:
1. Stir together shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy.
2. Spread 2 teaspoons of frosting on top of 1st layer.
3. Add 2nd layer and continue frosting.
4. Sprinkle with colored crystal sugars.
5. Frosts a 2 layer cake.
