Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 large butternut squash
2. 125 g butter
3. milk
4. 1 pinch nutmeg
5. salt and pepper
6. cream
Directions:
1. Peel and deseed butternut.
2. Cut butternut into cubes and boil until tender.
3. Mash butternut or liquidise in food processor.
4. Melt about butter in a pot.
5. Pour butternut into the pot, and add milk to thin it out.
6. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
7. Stir well, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Serve with a dollop of cream (optional).
