Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
4. 1 teaspoon onion powder
5. 2 tablespoons sesame oil
6. 4 scallions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
7. 3 garlic cloves, minced
8. 1 teaspoon minced ginger
9. 1 lb ground pork
10. 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
11. salt
12. pepper
13. sesame seeds, for garnish
14. sweet and sour sauce, for garnish
Directions:
1. Whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, and onion powder. Set aside.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the scallions, garlic, and ginger and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the ground pork and cook through, breaking up, about 6-7 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper and add the coleslaw mix. Toss to combine and cook until cabbage is wilted and tender, about 5-6 minutes.
6. Pour reserved sauce over and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
