Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1/2 ounce serrano chili, stemmed
2. 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno juice
3. 1/2 ounce chopped green onion
4. 1/2 ounce chopped fresh cilantro
5. 1/2 ounce chopped avocado
6. 1 1/2 ounces pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds)
7. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10. 1/2 ounce water
11. 1/2 ounce white wine vinegar
12. 1/2 ounce salad oil
13. 1/2 teaspoon pureed garlic
14. 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender and blend to a smooth puree.
2. For best results, allow flavors to blend for a minimum of 2 hours before use.
3. NOTE: 1/2 ounce equals about 1 tablespoon.
