Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2. 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
3. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5. 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine jalapeno pepper, onions, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
