Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 2 cups milk
2. 1/4 cup dry white wine
3. 1/4 cup flour
4. 3 ounces gorgonzola, crumbled
5. 2 tablespoons butter
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
7. 12 ounces fettuccine pasta, cooked, warm
Directions:
1. Whisk milk, wine, and flour in medium saucepan until smooth; heat to boiling. Whisk until thickened, 1-2 minutes.
2. Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese, butter and pepper; cook 1-2 minutes. Serve over fettuccini.
