Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 lb fresh chili pepper, washed and stemmed (Habanero, Thai, Serrano, jalapeno, etc.)
2. 6 -8 garlic cloves
3. 4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
1. Place chilies, garlic, vinegar, salt and sugar in a food processor or blender and pulse until coarsely pureed.
2. Adjust sugar, salt and vinegar to taste.
3. Transfer to a small sealable jar and refrigerate.
