Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 (18 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
2. 1/2 cup margarine
3. 3 eggs
4. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 16 ounces powdered sugar, plus extra (to garnish)
7. 1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, and 1 of the eggs; mix well.
2. Press mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
3. In a seperate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, vanilla& powdered sugar.
4. Pour over chocolate mixture.
5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
6. Sprinkle with extra powdered sugar& pecans.
