Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 3 cups flour
2. 2 teaspoons baking soda
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 2 teaspoons ground ginger
5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1 1/2 cups butter
7. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
8. 1/2 cup molasses
9. 4 tablespoons milk
10. 2 eggs
11. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven for 375 deg.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cinnamon together.
3. In a medium bowl, blend the butter and the brown sugar.
4. Add the molasses, milk, and eggs.
5. Mix that mixture into the large bowl mixture.
6. Put in the freezer until firm. (about 15 min.).
7. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
8. Put in oven and bake for 7-10 minutes.
9. Cool on paper towels.
