Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 cup olive oil
2. 4 cups fresh basil leaves
3. 2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced black olives
4. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
5. 8 garlic cloves
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Peel garlic.
2. Drain olives.
3. Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl.
4. Process till smooth, scraping sides as needed.
5. Serve on toasted Italian bread, or other specialty-style bread, or crackers.
