Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3. 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
4. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
5. 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olive
6. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
7. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
8. salt
9. pepper
10. 4 small whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl with exception of tortillas.
2. Divide among 4 tortillas. Wrap burrito style.
