Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 1/4 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
2. 1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped
3. 2 tablespoons olives, finely chopped
4. 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
6. 1 teaspoon olive oil
7. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
8. 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
9. 1 pinch dried oregano
10. 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
