Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 can green beans ( french/cut)
2. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
4. 1 ounce Velveeta cheese or 2 slices American cheese
5. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. open can and leave lid on.
2. drain juice from can into a small sauce pan.
3. add cornstarch and stir.
4. add cheese.
5. now turn on heat to boiling stir constantly.
6. when thick and bubbly add green beans.
7. add lemon,salt,and pepper.
