Ingredients for 7 servings:
1. 3 avocados
2. 1 red onion
3. 1/2 lemon
4. 1 lime
5. 1 sprig cilantro
6. 1 pinch salt
7. 1 pinch garlic salt
8. 1 -2 tomatoes
Directions:
1. Rinse and slice each avocado into halves.
2. Pit the avocados and scoop the contents into a mixing bowl.
3. Mash the avocados with a spoon or fork.
4. Rinse and dice the tomato into tiny pieces and toss into the mixing bowl.
5. Rinse and dice the onion and add in your desired amount (I use the whole onion, but some people prefer less).
6. Slice your lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl.
7. Squeeze the lemon juice first into a seprate bowl to make sure no seeds get into the main bowl.
8. Thoroughly rinse the cilantro and tear it into small pieces; toss in the bowl.
9. Throw in a pinch of salt and garlic salt.
10. Stir the guacamole, careful not to crush the ingredients to much.
