Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 Hass avocadoes
2. 1 jalapeno, cored, de-seeded, finely chopped
3. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
6. 1 lime, juice of
Directions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove pit.
2. Scoop out the meat and place in a bowl.
3. Mash avocados with a fork until you get the consistency you want (chunky vs smooth).
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Let it chill for 15 – 30 mins, tightly sealed container to let the ingredients blend.
