Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 16 ounces coleslaw mix
2. 1 cup water chestnut, drained and sliced into thin strips
3. 1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained and chopped
4. 1 cup scallion, chopped
5. 2/3 cup low-fat sesame ginger salad dressing
6. 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together, and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir well before serving. Enjoy.
