Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/2 cup butter
2. 15 1/2 ounces nut bread mix, I use Pillsbury
3. 1 cup coconut
4. 16 ounces mixed candied fruit, diced
5. 1 cup chopped dates
6. 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts, I use pecans or 1 cup walnuts
7. 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress Fahrenheit.
2. Melt butter in a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
3. sprinkle dry bread mix evenly over melted butter.
4. Sprinkle coconut evenly.
5. Distribute candied fruit evenly over coconut.
6. Distribute dates evenly over candied fruit.
7. Sprinkle with nuts.
8. Press mixture lightly.
9. Pour condensed milk over top.
10. Spread milk evenly.
11. Bake for 20-30 minutes our until set and lightly browned.
12. Cool in pan for 30 minute.
13. While still slightly war cut into bars and remove from pan.
