Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup hot water
2. 1/2 lemon, juice of
3. 1 -2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
4. 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
5. 1/2 cinnamon stick
6. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (cherry-tomato size)
7. 1/2 teaspoon butter
8. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
9. 1 ounce dark rum
Directions:
1. In a small pot over medium heat place all ingredients except rum. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
2. In a large mug pour about 1-2 fingers of dark rum. Pour contents of small pot through a strainer into the mug.
3. Sip while hot.
4. Go straight to bed.
