Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 2 cups skim milk
2. 2 tablespoons flour
3. 3 chicken bouillon cubes
4. 2 cups grated parmesan cheese (could use smoked cheddar or gouda as well)
5. 800 g pasta
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed; drain well.
2. Mix milk, flour and chicken broth in electric mixer.
3. Cook in a pan, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Then add in the cheese; stir constantly until cheese melts.
4. Add the sauce to pasta and serve immediately.
