Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 3/4 kg figs
2. 2 3/4 kg sugar
3. 1/2 liter water
4. 2 tablespoons vinegar (eg malt)
5. 1 cup blanched almond
Directions:
1. Boil the chopped figs, sugar, water well for 1 hour.
2. Add the vinegar and almonds at the end of cooking.
3. Bottle and seal.
