Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 cups rooibos tea, strong and chilled
2. 1 cup apple juice, chilled
3. 1 cup mango nectar, chilled
4. 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
5. 1 mango, sliced into slivers
6. 1 cup strawberry, sliced
7. 1 cup crushed pineapple
8. 1 sprig mint
Directions:
1. In a large punch bowl, combine the rooibos tea and fruit juices.
2. Just before serving, add the soda water, then the fruit.
3. Serve over ice, garnishing with mint.
