Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons sugar
2. 2 teaspoons sugar
3. 1 1/3 cups orange juice, fresh, chilled
4. 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or 1 (750 ml) bottle grape juice, chilled
5. 4 orange slices
Directions:
1. Place sugar and orange juice in blender.
2. Cover and blend on medium speed about 15 seconds or until foamy.
3. Pour 1/3 C into 4 glasses.
4. Add about 1 C champagne to each.
5. Garnish with orange slice.
