Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 -1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil (not a light one, but one with a good flavor)
2. 3 tablespoons unpopped popcorn
3. salt, to taste
4. cumin, to taste (about a teaspoon)
1. Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium high heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover pot with lid.
2. Shake pot constantly while popcorn pops. You should hear the sounds of the corn popping. When the pot is silent, it is done.
3. Toss the popcorn with salt and cumin and serve.
