Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 3 -4 lbs chicken wings
2. 2/3 cup soy sauce
3. 6 tablespoons oil
4. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
5. 2 teaspoons dry mustard
6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
7. 2 teaspoons garlic powder
8. 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
9. 1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Rinse wings and pat dry.
2. Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight, turning a couple of times.
3. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
4. Turn them over halfway through cooking time.
5. Baste a couple of times as well.
