Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 2 lbs lean ground beef
2. 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
3. 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
4. 1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb
5. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
6. 1 large egg
7. 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
8. 2 teaspoons paprika
9. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
10. 1 teaspoon salt
11. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
12. 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 8 patties. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. For freezer cooking, freeze for 4-6 months. Thaw before grilling.
2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink.
