Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/4 lb pork
2. 2 green onions, chopped
3. 3 tablespoons oil
4. 3 -4 eggs
5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
6. 1 tablespoon rice wine
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cut pork into matchstick-sized shreds.
2. Heat 2 tbs oil and scramble eggs, then remove eggs from pan.
3. Stir fry onions and pork.
4. Add soy sauce and wine, and stir.
5. When simmering, add eggs and salt.
6. Serve hot over rice.
