Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 8 ounces Roquefort cheese
2. 8 ounces butter
3. 4 tablespoons cognac
4. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
5. 12 large mushroom caps
6. 12 green pepper strips, for garnish
Directions:
1. Beat Roquefort and butter together until creamy.
2. Blend in Cognac and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Spoon or pipe mixture into mushroom caps.
4. Place a strip of pepper on each mushroom, for garnish.
5. Chill before serving.
