Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 4 tomatoes, seeds removed, finely chopped
2. 1 small white onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
3. 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
4. 1 -2 fresh jalapeno, finely chopped (to taste)
5. 1/2 lime
6. 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Chop the tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, green pepper, and jalapenos.
2. Combine the chopped tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, chopped green pepper, chopped jalapenos, and juice of lime (more to taste).
