Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 2 onions, diced
2. 2 tablespoons flour
3. 3 cups chicken broth
4. 1 (12 ounce) can creamed corn
5. 1 (12 ounce) can corn
6. 2 cups soymilk
Directions:
1. Saute onions.
2. Stir in flour.
3. Add immediately the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add in the can of corn kernels and can of creamed corn, bring to a boil.
5. Add in soy milk until heated through.
6. Serve!
