Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 cups carrots, shredded
2. 1/4 cup green pepper, finely minced
3. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
4. 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
8. 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
9. 1 teaspoon sugar
10. 1 dash garlic powder
11. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine carrots and green pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
3. Add to carrots, mixing well.
4. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
5. (To toast sesame seeds, place them in a shallow pan in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.).
