Ingredients for 7 servings:
1. 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
3. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
4. 1/2 lb cooked ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (2 c.)
5. 1 cucumber, peeled,halved lengthwise and sliced
6. 1 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
7. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
8. 1 1/2 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni
Directions:
1. In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
2. Add ham, cooked macaroni, cucumber, peas and onion.
3. Toss to coat well.
4. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled (several hours).
