Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 2 cups fresh cooked asparagus
2. 2 (7 ounce) jars pimientos, drained
3. 1/2 cup skim milk
4. 2 raw asparagus spears (for garnish)
5. 2 lemon slices
Directions:
1. Put asparagus, pimientos and skim milk in a blender; process until smooth.
2. Pour into a saucepan and heat about 5 minutes.
3. Pour into 2 glasses.
4. Garnish with lemon slice and asparagus spear.
