Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 (5 ounce) can pineapple chunks in light syrup
2. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
3. 2 bananas, peeled
4. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients.
2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze. Takes about 2 to 3 hours.
