Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 1 lb shrimp (deveined and peeled)
2. 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
3. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
4. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
5. 1 tablespoon butter
6. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
7. 1 medium onion, chopped
8. 16 ounces frozen broccoli
9. 1 small shallot, chopped
10. 3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. In a skillet heat up 1 tbsp vegetable oil and saute the onion, shallot, and garlic until translucent. Remove and set aside.
2. Add remainder of vegetable oil, butter, and heat. Add shrimp, teriyaki, and hoisin and saute until mostly cooked.
3. Add broccoli and cook until heated throughout but not crunchy. Return onion, shallot, and garlic.
4. Add sesame oil and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Serve with rice or simply by itself.
