Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 1 1/4 cups tepid water
2. 2 tablespoons canola oil
3. 1/4 cup molasses
4. 1 1/2 cups white bread flour
5. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
6. 1 cup rye flour
7. 4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder
8. 2 tablespoons sugar
9. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
10. 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal or 1/4 cup white cornmeal
11. 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (I have used fat-free, non-caffiene Ovaltine.)
12. 1/2 teaspoon instant decaffeinated coffee
13. 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
14. 2 teaspoons yeast (fast rise or bread yeast) or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast (fast rise or bread yeast)
Directions:
1. Load bread machine according to machine standards.
2. Use this recipe on the whole wheat cycle but can be made on the white or delay cycles.
