Ingredients for 24 servings:
1. 2 cups sugar
2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
3. 2 teaspoons baking powder
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
6. 2 eggs (beaten)
7. 2 cups flour
8. 1 cup cooking oil
9. 2 cups canned pumpkin (or cooked & mashed)
10. 1/2 cup butter
11. 3 ounces cream cheese
12. 1 teaspoon vanilla
13. 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Pumpkin Bar:
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Pour into 14 ½ x 10 ½ greased and floured pan.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
5. Frost.
6. Frosting:
7. cream butter and cream cheese together.
8. Add vanilla.
9. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
10. Spread over bars.
