Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
2. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3. 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
4. 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
5. 6 chicken thighs (skin removed)
6. 1/2 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
7. seasoning salt
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, cornmeal, Italian seasoning, and seasoned salt.
2. Dip chicken into salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture.
3. Place chicken in a greased 13×9 baking dish.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
