Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced,i use hillshire hot links
2. 4 (16 ounce) cans pink beans, drained and rinsed i use goya beans
3. 1 stalk celery, chopped
4. 1 medium onion, chopped
5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
6. 1 bay leaf
7. 1 pinch rosemary, crumbled
8. 1/8 cup liquid smoke
9. 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well in a crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
3. Remove bay leaf.
4. Serve with steamed rice with hot sauce on the side.
