Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
2. 1/4 cup sour cream
3. 4 ounces sliced corned beef, finely chopped
4. 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
5. 1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
6. 2 -3 tablespoons milk
7. rye crackers
Directions:
1. Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk if necessary.
2. Serve with rye crackers.
