Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 (9 inch) pie shells, baked
2. 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
3. 2 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1/2 cup water
6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
7. 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Prepare baked pie shell.
2. Cook next three ingredients in the top of a double boiler over hot water until thick.
3. Add water slowly and let thicken again.
4. Stir in vanilla and pour into pie shell.
5. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate.
6. Top with whipped topping when chilled.
