Ingredients for 48 servings:
1. 1/2 lb soft margarine
2. 3/4 cup sugar
3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
4. 1 teaspoon vinegar
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
6. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
7. 6 ounces mini chocolate chips (1/2 bag)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
2. Beat margarine and sugar for 5 minutes.
3. Dissolve soda in vinegar.
4. Add to butter mixture.
5. Add vanilla.
6. Beat in flour.
7. Add in chocolate chips.
8. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.
9. Bake for 28-30 minutes.
