Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/4 lb bacon, chopped
2. 3 small onions, chopped
3. 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
4. 1 (12 ounce) can kernel corn
5. 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
6. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Break cheese into small pieces.
2. Fry bacon with onions, add tomatoes and corn.
3. When boiling, add cheese and cook only until cheese has melted.
4. Serve Hot.
