Seafood Chowder

 

Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 1 (15 ounce) can campbels chunky clam chowder
2. 1 lb imitation crabmeat
3. 1/2 lb tiny baby shrimp
4. 1/2 lb sea scallops (chopped)
5. 2 stalks celery (chopped)
6. 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
7. 3 medium potatoes (chopped)
8. 1 cup half-and-half
9. 1 cup milk
10. 2 1/2-3 cups water
11. 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning, seasonin
12. 3 1/2 ounces minced clams

Directions:
1. Cook celery,potatoes and onion in 21/2 to 3 cups water .(al dente).
2. Do not drain.When vegies are done (in same pot),add clams,campbels clam chowder,seafood crab meat,milk,half and half,margarine,old bay.
3. Heat fully untill hot,careful not to scorch.
4. Garnish with extra pats margarine, extra old bay and a sprinkle of chives.
