Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 8 ounces shell pasta
2. 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
3. 8 ounces small shrimp, cooked and cooled
4. 1 large red onion, diced
5. 1 cucumber, diced
6. 6 ounces frozen green peas
7. salt and pepper
8. lettuce leaf, for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni al dente and drain well.
2. Prepare ranch dressing according to directions on package.
3. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavors combine.
5. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
