Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 150 g small shrimp
2. 2 ounces frozen peas and carrots
3. 4 ounces campbell’s condensed low-sodium cream of celery soup
4. 2 tablespoons skim milk
5. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6. 1 small onion, minced
Directions:
1. Cook peas and carrots and onions until tender; drain.
2. Add soup and milk and pepper; cook until desired consistancy (slightly thickened).
3. Add shrimp and heat gently stirring often but gently.
