Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
2. 1 onion, chopped
3. 1 garlic clove, pressed
4. 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
5. 1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix
6. 16 ounces tomatoes with juice, chopped (solid pack)
7. 1/2 cup chicken broth (or beef)
8. 16 ounces pinto beans, drained (canned)
9. 16 ounces corn, drained (canned)
10. 7 ounces green chilies, diced (canned)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
2. Cook 8-10 hours on low.
3. Serve with tortillas or tortilla chips.
